What is a Mindfulness Mentor?

 

​A mindfulness mentor meets you where you are, whether you're new to mindfulness and want to establish a practice or you've been practicing for a while and wish to go deeper.

 

Each session is tailored to your unique journey, offering flexible, personalized practice that fits your life. 

 

Through deep listening, gentle inquiry, and individualized practices, a mentor guides you to reconnect with your inner knowing, raise your awareness, and bring more presence and mindfulness into your daily life.

It provides a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space to ask questions, reflect, and share experiences without fear of being judged or feeling “wrong.”​​
