Drop-in Guided Meditation Sessions
Join Us to Meditate as a Community!
The sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience, whether you are a beginner or have an established practice.
Sessions are offered on a donation basis (dāna), pay-what-you-can. Everyone is welcome, regardless of financial means. A $10 donation is suggested. Please click the Donate button in the top menu to access PayPal information for the teacher who leads the meditation you attend.

This is not a guided meditation. We are holding space for you to come, sit, and rest in presence.

Connecting with our bodies, noticing our experience, and resting gently in awareness.

5:30 PM EST, 20-minute Guided Meditation
Easing into stillness and turning our attention inward, we will practice inner presencing through grounding techniques, gentle body scans, noticing and sensing without judgment, opening to awareness, and tapping into our essential nature.

Each session explores one of these heart-centered practices that cultivate openness and compassion, ease reactivity, and support emotional balance and well-being.
